Used this as a mandatory reading for a course on appellate advocacy and I was not disappointed

I purchased this book for Legal Writing as a required book. The instructor didn't use it once in class. We were assigned reading assignments, but nobody read them and everybody in the class did well on their appellate briefs. Overall I give it two stars instead of one because if you have a professor who doesn't know what he or she is doing, this might be helpful. For me it was not.

The book was provided for me in a reasonable time. The book was in great condition, no markings, no dog-earred pages. I appreciate the service.
